Notice of RETRACTION: “Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of antimicrobial resistance profiles in Streptococcus dysgalactiae isolated from bovine clinical mastitis in 5 provinces of China” (J. Dairy Sci. 101:3344–3355)
The authors decided to retract this paper because they performed a whole-genome sequencing analysis of 16 Streptococcus dysgalactiae isolates (the 16 original isolates finally recovered 15 strains) included in the article but found no blaIMP gene in any of the isolates (they had affiliated the 15 isolates with GWAS-detected resistant gene lists).
