The State of Minnesota’s current biennial education budget including supplemental budget changes for fiscal year (FY) 2025. Both the P–12 education and the higher education budget saw little change as it was the second year of the biennium budget cycle. Descriptions of current trends in Minnesota’s funding priorities, supplemental modifications to the state funding formula, pressing issues in education finance, and human resources changes are discussed.
