MODERNIZATION OF NATIONAL SOCIAL POLICY: PRIORITIES, CHALLENGES, AND PROSPECTS

Results of the study.It has been determined that the effectiveness of social protection can be enhanced through institutional strengthening, the improvement of management mechanisms, digitalization, and the creation of a unified information space.Key challenges have been identified, including demographic changes, population aging, active migration, and financial constraints, which complicate the implementation of social programs.The study confirms the importance of partnerships between the state, business, and civil society in the implementation of social initiatives, as such collaboration facilitates the attraction of additional resources and increases policy effectiveness.
