Comparative Analysis of Machine Learning Models for Chronic Heart Disease Prediction

Researchers examined how machine learning algorithms predict chronic heart disease CHD based on a dataset which included 70,000 patient records. The evaluation took place following an assessment of three models namely Logistic Regression, Decision Tree and Neural Network through multiple performance metrics that included accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, AUC ROC and Matthews Correlation Coefficient MCC.
