Research on the Current Situation and Solutions of Talent Cultivation in Rural E-Commerce under the Background of Digital Commerce Promoting Agriculture

随着互联网技术的快速发展，农村电商应运而生并逐步壮大，为乡村振兴注入了新动力，乡村振兴中人才振兴是关键，通过培养有文化，懂技术，会经营，善管理的新农人来发展农村电商，利用互联网进行特色农产品销售，助力乡村产业振兴。但是农村电商存在人才匮乏、供需不对称等问题，现有人才远不能满足农村电商快速发展的现实需求。基于此，文章通过分析农村电商人才培养现状，指出了政府，企业，高校在农村电商人才培养过程中存在的问题，并提出了加大培训力度、完善培训机制、增强培训内容实践性等策略，为加速农村电商人才培养、推动乡村产业振兴提供参考。With the rapid development of Internet technology, rural electricity arises at the historic moment and gradually grows, injecting new impetus into the country revitalization. Talent revitalization is the key in the country revitalization, through cultivating new farmers who have culture, understand technology, can operate and are good at management to develop rural electricity, using the Internet to sell special agricultural products and boost rural industry revitalization. However, rural e-commerce has problems such as lack of talents and supply and demand asymmetry, and the existing talents are far from meeting the realistic demand of the rapid development of rural e-commerce. Based on this, the article through the analysis of the rural electricity talent training present situation, points out the problems existing in the training process of rural e-commerce talents in government, enterprises, universities, and puts forward some strategies such as strengthening training, perfecting training mechanism and enhancing the practicability of training content, so as to provide reference for accelerating the cultivation of rural e-commerce talents and promoting the revitalization of rural industry.
