Pengaruh strategi oprasional Pengaruh Strategi Oprasional Pengelolaan SDM, dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Efisiensi UMKM Makanan Mochi di Pasar Raya MMTC

This study aims to analyze the influence of operational strategies, human resource management (HRM), and technology utilization on the operational efficiency performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector at Pasar Raya MMTC. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME operators at the Mochi Jinels store in Pasar Raya MMTC. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the simultaneous effects of these three factors on operational efficiency. The findings reveal that operational strategies and technology utilization have a significant impact on MSME food sector efficiency, while HRM management does not show a significant effect. The combination of appropriate strategies and effective use of technology is expected to enhance operational efficiency, although challenges in HRM remain an obstacle. These findings offer valuable insights for MSME operators and policymakers in formulating more effective development strategies to support business growth and sustainability in the traditional food sector.
