Water-dispersible nanocomposites of fullerene C 60 and polymer-stabilized silver nanoparticles: preparation, physico-chemical properties, and antifungal activity
Non-covalent composites of C 60 fullerene and polymer-stabilized AgNPs were prepared and characterized. C 60 inhibits the oxidative degradation of AgNPs and increases their antifungal activity in C 60 /AgNPs preparations against Candida albicans .
