Problematic aspects of repeated commission of the administrative offense "Exceeding the established speed limit".

This article examines the issues, norms for committing offenses in the field of road traffic, provided for in Article 12.9 of the Code of the Russian Federation on changing offenses. An analysis of domestic and foreign experience is carried out taking into account these problems. The concept of a repeated administrative offense, its features and terms are presented. An interpretation of a danger-ous situation for repeated violation of the speed limit is given.
