Vacation in public service related to law enforcement activities: comparative legal analysis

The article covers a comparative legal analysis of legislative norms is presented, regulating the provision of rest time to citizens. The authors identified trends of changes in legislation on granting vacations, general patterns and differences in regulation of vacations of employees, federal state civil employees, employees and military personnel, and after that presented conclusions not only within the framework of labor legislation, but legislation while serving.
