The results showed that human capital had a significant influence on employee productivity with a regression coefficient of 0.69 and a significance value (p) of 0.0001 (p < 0.05). An R-Square value of 0.45 indicates that human capital explains 45% of the variation in employee productivity, while the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors that were not analyzed in this study. Human capital components such as education and training have proven to be important in improving employee skills and knowledge, while work experience and health play a role in supporting work efficiency and consistency. These findings support human capital theory which emphasizes the importance of investing in education and skill development to improve individual performance. This study recommends that the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office improve human resource development programs, especially in terms of education, training, and health, in order to maximize employee productivity and the quality of public services.
