Effect of Self-Leadership, Resilience, and Communication Ability on the Intention to Keep Nursing Job among Korean Nurses
Nurses' intention to keep their jobs can be strengthened by improving their treatment, welfare, and communication abilities. Accordingly, educational programs are needed to create an efficient nursing environment and improve nurses' resilience and communication abilities.
