Thearticledescribes the possibility of usingbicycleandSIMtransportas an alternative to personalvehiclesonmovementswithin a radius of 5-10kilometers, using theexample of oneof the settle-ments that are partoftheBelgorodagglomeration.Also, based on the analysis of the street and roadnet-work, the planningstructureand the number of potentialusers of bicycleandSIMtransport, it isconcluded that it is possible to create a methodology for justifying the constructionoftransportinfrastructurefor the use of bicyclesandmeans of individualmobilityin the conditions of urban developmentandurbanagglomerations.
