Da ampliação à desarticulação
The construction of Brazil's environmental policy involves many disputes between spheres of public power, such as the Executive and the Legislative. This article questions what is the impact of the political-partisan configurations between these branches of government on the environmental area in the first Lula da Silva administration and in the Bolsonaro administration? By looking at the party arrangements, their participation in the Ministries and the interests mostly represented, it was observed that the political game between the Executive and the Legislative during the Lula administration did not prevent the expansion of environmental protection structures. During the Bolsonaro administration, it was observed that the configurations of the political-partisan game between the Executive and the Legislative resulted in a disarticulation and weakening of the country's environmental protection structures.
