MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FREIGHT TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT OF THE INVESTMENT LAG

Approaches to managing the development of a freight motor transport enterprise are considered. It is proposed to apply a simplified economic model of the enterprise. The emphasis is on the distribution of the enterprise's net income into two parts: investments in the vehicle fleet and the wage fund for the enterprise's employees. A hypothesis is put forward about taking into account the lag between investments in the vehicle fleet and the increase in the net income of a motor transport enterprise.
