IMPROVING QUALITYTRANSPORT SERVICES TO THE POPULATION

The authors analyzed data on the functioning of the city's contract passenger transportation system and proposed an algorithm for assessing the quality of transport services for the population, which will improve the efficiency of managing the passenger transportation system. The use of the proposed algorithm makes it possible to quickly analyze the existing state of the city’s route network, identify problematic areas of the transport system and formulate reasonable recommendations for improving the route network.
