Design and use of customized hand instruments for removing fractured implant abutment screws
An implant abutment screw fracture is a mechanical complication, and the best course of action is to retrieve the screw fragment and replace it with a new abutment screw. This technique article describes a method of customizing hand instruments for removing fractured implant abutment screws.
