GAMIFICAÇÃO E SALA DE AULA INVERTIDA NO ENSINO DE QUÍMICA: DESENVOLVIMENTO DE FERRAMENTA DIDÁTICA E DESAFIOS DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO EM ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS
The teaching of chemistry has become increasingly challenging, making it necessary to look for new methodologies and approaches that contribute positively to teaching and learning, which are fundamental to arousing student interest. Gamification and the inverted classroom are active methodologies capable of bringing dynamism to lessons and giving students a leading role. The BNCC reinforces the need for teaching strategies that prioritise everyday applications of materials, their properties and transformations related to the functioning and development of the country, with quality of life and the environment as the main objectives. In view of the above, this work proposes the creation and application of a low-cost, didactic game called ‘electronic destruction bingo’. The aim of this tool is to work on chemistry-related concepts in a way that fixes them through an active methodology and generates a learning assessment tool. In addition to proposing a lesson from the perspective of the inverted classroom. In order to give students autonomy and responsibility. Finally, the research sought to identify the difficulties faced by basic education teachers in implementing active methodologies in the teaching of science and its technologies in a public school in the city of Araruama, RJ. The results reveal the challenges that teachers have to overcome in order to implement active methodologies, such as overcoming the traditional teaching model, the precarious school infrastructure and the lack of pedagogical training to support curricular activities.
