Voltage Mode All-Pass Filter Employing Single FTFNTA
This paper introduces a new single element block based First-Order Voltage Mode All-Pass Filter (VM-APF) circuit. The presented VM-APF circuit utilized single Four Terminal Floating Nullor Transconductance Amplifier (FTFNTA) active element, one floating capacitor, and one grounded MOS resistor. The simulation results are carried out using 0.18μm CMOS TSMC parameter. The topology can be tunable through bias current of FTFNTA and power consumption also very less. The theoretical approach are verified by simulation results. Monte Carlo Analysis (MCA) with 10% tolerance of capacitor as well as resistor for 100 runs in Guassian distribution is also perform. Experimental setup is also carried out using commercially available ICs like as CFOA (AD844) and OTA (CA3080) which validated the theoretical approach and simulation results.
