Research on the Quality Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Gateway Watt-Hour Meter Based on Multi-Source Information Fusion
The gateway watt-hour meter plays the key role of high-precision electricity metering in the power system, and its metering accuracy directly affects the settlement fairness of the power market. However, at present, the quality evaluation methods of gate watt-hour meters rely on a single data source, which is difficult to fully meet the needs of complex power grid environment. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation method of watt-hour meter quality based on multi-source information fusion is proposed. Combining real-time performance data, historical maintenance records and environmental monitoring data, a systematic evaluation index system including stability, reliability and abnormal events is constructed. Through the fusion of Bayesian network, fuzzy logic and neural network model, the comprehensive view of watt-hour meter quality is formed. The actual case analysis shows that the method can effectively identify the potential failure risk of the watt-hour meter, improve the operation stability and maintenance efficiency of the power system, and provide scientific decision support for power enterprises.
