Moderating Role of Technology Readiness of individuals to embrace Telemedicine

The daily practice of medicine is increasingly integrating digital health. It is imperative to create an automated question classification and response system to keep up with the ongoing breakthroughs in science and technology. With the help of digital technology, a future where we can provide individualized, high-quality healthcare that is inexpensive and patient-centered may become a reality. The purpose of this study is to assess the moderating role of technology readiness of the people in the adoption of technology-based service in the field of health and medicine i.e. telemedicine. Telemedicine adoption is contingent on numerous factors. The study validates such factors and finds the impact of moderating the role of technology adoption towards the continual usage of this technology-based service. The present research integrates a modified version of the 'Technology Acceptance Model' to validate the concept of telemedicine implementation in North Indian cities.
