Implementation of RFID System for Industrial Applications

The industrial sector increasingly relies on innovative technologies to optimize workflows and improve traceability. The paper presents the development of an Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) RFID-based system designed for seamless tracking and management of physical objects in industrial environments. The proposed device reads RFID tags, collects supplementary data, and transmits it to a central server for integration into the company’s digital systems. The system was implemented in a grain processing company, where it demonstrated high reliability, adaptability, and operational benefits. By automating tasks like inventory tracking and production monitoring, the RFID system streamlined processes, minimized errors, and provided real-time insights. Additionally, the flexibility of the device’s configuration and its integration with existing systems underscore its scalability for various industrial applications.
