Analysis of Investor Satisfaction and Continued Adoption of Robo-Advisor in Investment Applications Using The UTAUT and ECM Model

As the financial landscape evolves with technological innovations, robo-advisors have become a key tool in wealth management, assisting individuals in optimizing their financial resources and planning for long-term security. This study examines investor satisfaction and the continued adoption of robo-advisors in investment applications. This research uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) to analyze eight variables affecting investor satisfaction and continuance intention. A total of 396 respondents participated in the study, with 353 of them being active users of investment applications, representing 89.1% of the sample. The results show that satisfaction, perceived usefulness, confirmation, and trust significantly influence continuance intention. Trust also has a positive impact on satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of user satisfaction and trust in encouraging continued use of robo-advisors.
