Research on the Evolution of Public Sentiment and the Implementation Strategy of the "Double Reduction" Policy
The " double reduction" policy is the first major decision made by the national common prosperity strategy in the field of education in the new era. An in-depth understanding of the evolution of public sentiment and main concerns after the introduction of the "double reduction" policy is the guarantee for the implementation of the policy and one of the bases for "educating the public to be satisfied". Based on the text data of social networks three months after the introduction of the "double reduction" policy, this paper carried out sentiment analysis and cluster analysis to identify and characterize the public's feelings and attitudes towards the "double reduction" policy. On the whole, the public sentiment is more positive than negative, and it has gone through three stages: the initial confusion period, the dividend enjoyment period, and the exploration contradiction period. In this regard, it is proposed that the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in the future needs four key changes: from "management" to "service" - refining the policies of the education management department, doing a good job in family education guidance, from "pressure" to "incentive" - promoting the reform of school classroom teaching, building a teacher incentive mechanism, from "blocking" to "guiding" - setting up capital traffic lights in the education and training industry; Broaden the way out of talents, from "phenomenon" to "cause" - deepen the reform of educational evaluation and reduce parents' anxiety about performance.
