FACTORS OF FORMATION AND SPECIFICITY OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES IN POST-SOVIET RUSSIA
The article is devoted to the study of the factors of formation of Russian entrepreneurship in the post-Soviet period. The appeal to this problem is due to the need to analyze the institutional environment, which has a significant impact on the dynamics of the development of the culture of Russian entrepreneurship in the context of new challenges. The work used interdisciplinary, neo-institutional, transformational approaches, as well as the provisions of the "challenge-response" concept and the theory of "social anomie". It was established that the post-Soviet economic culture was formed in the context of both national political-economic and global cultural changes, determining the need for entrepreneurs to adapt to the new institutional environment. Currently, Russian business is actively looking for answers to new challenges associated with the introduction of unprecedented economic sanctions against Russia. The study allowed us to conclude that new challenges and the severity of socio-economic problems facing Russian society today will intensify the process of forming a socially oriented economic culture of entrepreneurial activity.
