ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN MEASURES FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ROAD SAFETY AT THE PRESENT STAGE

The author analyzes the formation of a system of priority measures to improve road safety based on a program-oriented approach to reduce road accidents and reduce damage from them at the federal, regional and local levels. A retrospective analysis of research and statistical indicators on the studied issues allowed us to conclude about the continuity of social development, technological achievements that cannot but affect the state of traffic around the world.
