SOME ASPECTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FEDERAL STATE CONTROL (SUPERVISION) BY EMPLOYEES OF TRAFFIC SUPERVISION UNITS OF THE STATE TRAFFIC INSPECTORATE IN ORDER TO ENSURE ROAD SAFETY

This article discusses the procedure for the implementation of control and supervisory powers by employees of traffic supervision units of the State Traffic Inspectorate in the framework of the imple-mentation of road safety. Taking into account the ongoing administrative and legal reform in the country, the key changes in these activities, problematic aspects arising in the process of monitoring and supervising compliance with mandatory requirements in the field of road safety are identified. Proposals have been formulated to improve the activities of the traffic supervision units of the State Traffic Inspectorate.
