DIGITALIZATION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS PROCESSES OF NETWORK CARGO DELIVERY BY ROAD

The article considers a methodology for improving the efficiency of network cargo delivery. The application of the developed methodology makes it possible to calculate the optimal location of the distribution center of commodity flows, to form routes with restrictions based on the use of the exact method of fictitious nodes and branches. Take into account the curvilinearity of the routes by using piecewise linear approximation. Software has been developed based on the methodology. The practical application of the proposed solutions made it possible to reduce the time and number of routes, create optimal routes for the delivery of goods, taking into account restrictions, avoid outsourcing and use your own rolling stock, reduce the cost of organizing and managing transport and logistics processes of network cargo delivery.
