ENSURING SUSTAINABILITY OF TRANSPORT MOBILITY FOR DELIVERY OF NORTHERN DELIVERY CARGO

The possibility of predicting the freezing of the Aldan River in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is considered. The opening of winter roads directly depends on the timing of freeze-up. In this work, based on statistical data, a regression analysis of the timing of freezing of the Aldan River near the village of Khandyga was carried out. The timing of freeze-up was provided by the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Yakut Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring» (the authors express gratitude to the monitoring department and the YSUMS library for long-term hydrological observations). Based on regression analysis, a methodology for predicting the timing of freezing of the Aldan River was proposed for further forecasting the timing of the opening of the winter road.
