ASSESSMENT OF THE MUTUAL INFLUENCE OF THE STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS OF THE MATERIAL BASE OF THE URBAN PASSENGER TRANSPORT SYSTEM

. Based on the analysis of practical experience of effective passenger transport systems, the problem of the emergence of coordinated development of key subsystems, which has a negative impact on the performance indicators of the system, has been identified. The review of scientific works showed that one of the factors hindering the development of passenger transport systems is the lack of a methodology that combines well-known methods into a single algorithm that provides an integral solution to the optimization problem. Based on the proposed conceptual approach, methods for optimizing the structure of key subsystems were integrated within the framework of a generalized methodology. A criterion for assessing the efficiency of system functioning is proposed and the limitations of optimization calculations are determined. The proposed methodology is implemented in relation to the urban passenger transport system of the city of Orenburg. A positive economic and environmental effect was obtained.

Abstract
