A new water-soluble coumarin-based fluorescent probe for the detection of Fe3+ and its application in living cells and zebrafish
Water-soluble coumarin probe TAC-5 rapidly detects Fe 3+ by triazole cleavage-mediated dimerization, with 48% solubility, high Fe 3+ /Fe 2+ selectivity, validated in cellular/zebrafish models.
