This study analyzed a particular case, and it is difficult to generalize to others. Findings are limited by the fact that cultural and environmental differences between cases. The conclusions and implications of this study are intended to inform future research on the educational community-based school and village.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causal loop structure of educational community-based school and village of Jeju. The results of the analysis of the causal loop structure of educational community-based school and village building are seven models: the trigger, key man, organization, program, network, village educational capacity, and the comprehensive model[CLD-1∼7]. The results are as follows. First, this study demonstrates the changing perceptions of actors and creating opportunities for school and village to meet[CLD-1]. Second, administration must train leaders, and leaders must organize actors in villages and schools[CLD-2], [CLD-3]. Third, various programs should be developed and operated[CLD-4]. Finally, the organized network must be established to ensure the sustainability of the educational community-based school and village[CLD-5], [CLD-6], [CLD-7]. This study analyzed a particular case, and it is difficult to generalize to others. Findings are limited by the fact that cultural and environmental differences between cases. The conclusions and implications of this study are intended to inform future research on the educational community-based school and village.
