Analysis of the Current State of Investment Activity of Agro-Industrial Enterprises in Ukraine
The current state of investment activity of agro-industrial enterprises of Ukraine under martial law is analyzed and the main problems and risks that limit investment attraction in the agricultural sector are considered. In conditions of military operations, economic instability and foreign policy challenges, agricultural enterprises face significant difficulties in accessing financing and implementing investment projects. The article also examines state and international mechanisms for supporting agro-industrial enterprises that contribute to reducing risks and ensuring sustainable development of the industry. A number of recommendations are proposed for adapting investment mechanisms to wartime conditions, in particular through simplifying bureaucratic procedures, supporting innovations, creating special economic zones, and stimulating the export of agricultural products. As a result of the study, the importance of a comprehensive approach to attracting investment is emphasized to ensure economic stability and restoration of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine.
