Modern aspects of organizational modeling: world trends and national experience of Ukraine

The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of organizational theory into parts of organizational structure modeling. The current state of scientific management of the organization is characterized. The importance of the formation of a high-quality organizational structure in the management of the organization is indicated, the types of organizational structures are characterized, and organizational modeling is analyzed. It is noted that the organizational models help managers and analysts understand and improve internal processes, make strategic decisions and adapt to external changes. The organizational structures of enterprises of the world and Ukraine were analyzed.
