Work experience in anesthesiology ranged from 6 months to 40 years (12.9 ± 11.51 years on average). The relationship between work experience, physical and psycho-emotional load, the presence of chronic diseases and other factors was assessed. 58.9 % of the participants were diagnosed with chronic diseases, among which gastritis and hypertension are the most common. More than 72.6 % of participants noted a negative impact of work on physical health, and 80.82 % noted a negative impact on mental state. About 56.16 % of participants regularly experience fatigue after work. The results showed a significant impact of professional activity on the level of physical and mental health, the data obtained emphasize the need to develop programs for the prevention of professional burnout and improve the working conditions of medical workers in this profile.
