Morphological assessment of the effect of an aqueous solution of the Forvet immunocorrector on the muscle membrane of the intestinal wall of the blind and rectum in Ross-308 cross broilers in embryogenesis
The paper presents data on the effect of aqueous solution of immunomodulator Forvet in various concentrations on the histostructure of the large intestine of Ross-308 broiler chickens during embryogenesis. As a result of the scientific experiment it was established that the development of the muscular membrane in broiler chicken embryos occurs unevenly and is closely related to both the period of embryogenesis and localization, that is, which section (cranial, middle, caudal) of the intestine was taken for the study, and which section of the cecum or rectum was considered. At the final stage of incubation of 21 days, the greatest increase in the thickness of the circular muscular layer of the rectum was noted in the Ⅰ experimental group 1±194 μm, which is 3,68 μm more compared to the Ⅱ experimental group, in the batch without treatment the circular layer differed in the smaller direction by 67 μm compared to the batch treated with a 2% solution. Assessing the total volume of growth of the circular layer during 23 days (1–3) of incubation in the Ⅰ experimental group, the growth was 17%, in the Ⅱ experimental group, a decrease in the layer thickness by 21 μm was noted, in the batch without treatment, a significant growth jump of 1 times was observed. In the dynamics of the thickness of the longitudinal layer of the rectum in the same period, minor fluctuations in the increase in smooth muscle fibers in two experimental groups are tracked. So, in the Ⅰ experimental group, the growth over the period (7,7–2 days) was 33 μm, in the Ⅱ experimental group it is fixed at the level of 2,13 μm. In the batch without treatment, the thickness of the longitudinal layer of the muscular membrane increased 1 times.
