A New Exploration on the Challenge and Reform Path of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education under the Network Environment

随着网络要素嵌入思想政治教育领域的影响力的加深，研究网络环境下大学生思想政治教育面临的挑战及变革路径显得尤为必要。从“教学主体、受教客体、教学形式与教学内容”四层次分析大学生思想政治教育在互联网趋势中面临的“主要挑战”，并从“应对原则”与“变革策略”两者结合构建网络环境下大学生思想政治教育的变革路径。“主要挑战”表现为：教师新技术应用能力不足、角色转变不易；学生信息辨别困难、受多元价值观冲击、“泛娱乐”对思想的稀释；教学形式上互动性和参与感不足、单向传播和创新不足；教学内容传播碎片化、内容的标准化和学情的个性化之间冲突。因此，需要形成以坚持准确性原则为基准，以坚持学生中心性原则宗旨，以创新性原则为驱动，以坚持伦理安全性兜底的原则机制。建立健全技术培训机制，提升网络素养和教学能力；利用新媒体平台，增强互动与参与；建立健全网络教育生态系统，强化网络安全和道德教育。With the deepening of the influence of network elements embedded in the field of ideological and political education, it is particularly necessary to study the challenges faced by college students’ ideological and political education under the network environment and the path of reform. From the four levels of “teaching subject, teaching object, teaching form and teaching content”, this paper analyzes the “main challenges” faced by college students’ ideological and political education in the trend of the Internet, and builds the reform path of college students’ ideological and political education in the network environment by combining “coping principle” and “reform strategy”. The “main challenges” are as follows: teachers’ insufficient ability to apply new technology and difficult role transformation; students have difficulty in information discrimination and are impacted by multiple values, and their thoughts are diluted by “pan-entertainment”; lack of interaction and sense of participation, one-way communication and innovation in teaching form; there is a conflict between the fragmentation of teaching content dissemination, the standardization of content and the individuation of learning situation. Therefore, it is necessary to form a principle mechanism based on adhering to the principle of accuracy, adhering to the principle of student centrality, driven by the principle of innovation, and adhering to the principle of ethical safety. Establish and improve the technical training mechanism, improve the network literacy and teaching ability; use new media platforms to enhance interaction and participation; we will establish a sound online education ecosystem and strengthen online security and moral education.
