Artistic wood carving as a way of manifestation of emotional and evaluative beginnings in people with disabilities
The relevance of the study of emotional and evaluative aspects of woodcarving is conditioned by its role as a form of artistic expression, reflecting cultural traditions and modern social demands, as well as the influence of this art on the psychological state of the creator and the viewer, requiring a comprehensive study of the mechanisms of emotional impact and perception. An example is the Braille iconostasis, which has an emotional effect on blind and visually impaired people, helping them not only to touch art, but also to receive information about saints, various icons and other significant elements of church life.
