THE RELEVANCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SECONDARY MARKET OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

The need for prompt resolution of issues related to the formation and development of the secondary market of agricultural machinery in the agro-industrial complex is due to insufficient provision of agricultural producers with basic equipment, since in most agricultural regions it is no more than 50 percent of the regulatory requirements. (Research purpose) The research purpose is determining the main tasks for the formation of the supported equipment market and justifying the need for intensification of its development. (Materials and methods) It was noted that there is considerable experience in using secondary market equipment both in the agro-industrial complex of our country and in foreign countries. It was determined that the currently existing methodological and applied provisions serve as a starting platform for substantiating the development and improvement of the secondary market of agricultural machinery in modern economic conditions. (Results and discussion) It has been shown that the practical significance of the research is extremely important, since in the conditions of unprecedented sanctions from Western countries, the development and improvement of the secondary market of agricultural machinery can be a serious alternative to strengthening the machine and tractor fleet of the agro-industrial complex. It has been established that the rational use of dismantled units and assemblies of complex agricultural machinery (tractors and combines) in the technological process of recycling makes it possible to reduce by 25-30 percent the cost of purchasing new spare parts and units during the restoration (modernization) of these machines. (Conclusions) The results of the conducted research show the real possibility of forming a secondary market of supported agricultural machinery in most agricultural regions of the country as a tool for replenishing and strengthening the machine and tractor fleet. The main activities that need to be carried out in order to effectively use the modern market of supported equipment have been identified.
