EXPERIMENTAL DRIVE UNIT FOR DIAGNOSTIC STANDS
The development of an energy-independent unit for equipping diagnostic stands and testing experimental diagnostic tools meets the requirements of modern technological support of agricultural machinery to improve its reliability and efficiency. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing an experimental sample of an energy-independent drive unit with digital monitoring tools for diagnostic stands. (Materials and methods) It has been shown that the use of a secondary stock of spare parts is possible as components of an energy-independent drive. The stages of planning the development and implementation of the project were given. Standard sensors and external digital diagnostic tools for monitoring the technical condition were presented. (Results and discussion) An experimental sample of an energy-independent drive unit consisting of secondary spare parts units was manufactured. We conducted pilot testing of tools for the monitoring system when modeling the operation process. It was found that it is possible to control the load level on the shaft of the hydraulic motor of the hydrostatic transmission. To assess the load level of the hydraulic motor, a tool based on Arduino Uno was developed, digital tools were evaluated that perform thermodynamic and amplitude-phase diagnostic methods. (Conclusions) The use of a secondary stock of spare parts to create an energy-independent drive of control and diagnostic stands has shown that such a solution contributes to the development of service centers where access to electricity is limited. A device has been developed to assess the load of a hydraulic motor, which allows monitoring when using a hydrostatic transmission. Testing of the developed digital diagnostic tools for monitoring temperature conditions, ripple coefficient and load level showed that their evaluation increases the information content for more efficient operation of the drive unit components. At the same time, the cost of the experimental drive unit can be reduced by more than 40 percent thanks to the use of components and assemblies of the secondary fund.
