DEVELOPMENT OF A UNIVERSAL CENTER FOR THE RESTORATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY PARTS

The problems of restoration and hardening of parts of modern agricultural machinery are always relevant for any farm. There is no uniform policy in the field of equipment selection for these processes in Russia and in the world. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing a universal set of equipment for repair enterprises of agricultural machinery. (Materials and methods) We have completed and systematized the main nomenclature of recoverable parts based on open sources and the number of spare parts that limit the machine's performance. (Results and discussion) It was clarified that the reliability of the machines is determined by the stability of the resources of the restored parts, which depends on the correct choice of the recovery method and strict adherence to the technological process. The analysis shows that more than 50 percent of the main parts being restored and strengthened are rotating bodies, most often they have a length-to-diameter ratio of more than 10. It can be concluded that it is necessary to have a rotator with a horizontal rotation axis as part of the universal center. Some of the rotation parts under consideration require tilting the axis of rotation to the horizon for the normal formation of welding rollers. It was noted that 15 percent of the parts are most expedient to restore by gas-thermal methods. The most popular and universal methods are electric arc welding and surfacing with melting and non-melting electrodes. (Conclusions) The analysis of the main details and methods of their restoration showed the economic feasibility of equipping agricultural enterprises with a set of equipment for the restoration of the repair fund. The main recovery technologies used in practice are electric arc and argon arc surfacing and gas thermal spraying. The optimal composition of the universal center for the restoration and hardening of parts by coating methods based on the block-modular principle has been determined.
