CONTROL OF THE CONDITION OF BEARING UNITS OF THE VEHICLE UNDER THE IMPACT OF INERTIAL DAMPER

The article presents the results of studies of the vibration state of a rolling bearing of an experimental rotor stand with an inertial damper. The experimental research setup is shown. The dependencies are presented that allow calculating the frequencies of defects in the raceways of rings, rolling elements and the separator of a rolling bearing. It is established that the vibration velocity and vibration acceleration spectra of a rolling bearing allow identifying additional vibration effects in the system that are associated with the presence of unbalanced rotor masses, as well as with the presence of rolling bearing defects: deformation of the outer and inner raceways, deformation of the rolling ele-ment and cracks in the separator. Recommendations are given for reducing the intensity of vibrations of the rotor system.
