DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS PROCESSES OF THE RUSSIAN POST

The article examines trends and projects of digital transformation of transport and logistics processes of Russian Post, systematizes the challenges faced by the company in the context of the designated transformational transition. The drivers of the company's systemic development in the context of the modernization of the digital freight transportation platform have been identified. The author presents a forecast of the digital transformation of transport and logistics services of the Russian Post and outlines the conditions for its practical implementation.
