Study of the parameters of acute toxicity of the disinfectant «Hyponаt BPO+»
The study of the parameters of acute toxicity of a disinfectant is an important aspect of assessing its safety and effectiveness. These parameters help to determine the potential effect of the substance on the body during short-term contact, which is especially important in conditions of intensive use of disinfectants in medical institutions and public places. Indicators such as mortality, various physiological and biochemical changes, as well as possible consequences for organs and systems are evaluated. Methods for determining acute toxicity include both classical approaches, such as the LD50 test, and modern molecular genetic methods that identify the mechanisms of action of the toxicant. It is important to take into account both the physico-chemical properties of the disinfectant itself and its interaction with the environment. The results of such studies play a key role in the formation of recommendations for the safe use of disinfectants, which in turn contributes to protecting public health and reducing the risks associated with their use.
