The clinical trials results of a biopreparation-metaprobiotic based on bacillary cultures and organic acids

The use of biological products based on a combination of probiotic strains of microorganisms and their metabolites, such as organic acids, is of significant interest for poultry industry. One of these medictaions is the metaprobiotic Probiocide-Ultra (Biotrof LLC, Russia). This biological product includes a combination of natural bacterial metabolites (fumaric and citric acids) and two strains of Bacillus spp., which act in a synergistic interaction. When the metaprobiotic Probiocide-Ultra is introduced into the diet, the live weight of broiler chickens increases, the daily live weight gain, the safety of livestock and feed conversion decreases. Comparative analysis of microbial profiles shows that the main phylum in the blind processes of the intestine are Actinobacteriota, Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. In the control group, there was a predominance of opportunistic and pathogenic microflora, while in the groups with additives, the balance of microbiota improved, which can have a positive effect on the overall health of poultry.
