ON THE ISSUE OF IMPROVING THE DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

The article examines such a category as "disciplinary practice", as well as its importance in ensuring legality and discipline in the official activities of internal affairs bodies, stating that this practice is an integral part of the service. Attention is drawn to the components of disciplinary practice that are in dialectical unity with each other. The article focuses on promising aspects in the formation of disciplinary practice in the field of internal affairs, as well as on the need to improve the components of disciplinary practice, namely, the procedure for applying both disciplinary penalties and incentive measures to employees of internal affairs bodies.
