Investigation of the Development Path and Reference Significance of Rural E-Commerce in Western Poverty Alleviation Counties—Taking Changshun County, Guizhou Province as an Example
The article uses the case study method to summarize the dilemma faced by the industrial development status of Changshun County, a poverty-alleviated village and county in Guizhou Province. Compare and analyze the three representative enterprises, and comprehensively examine the development of enterprises from three aspects: economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits, to help them break through development bottlenecks and embark on the “fast lane” of high-quality development. In this regard, three lessons are summarized: first, strengthen the leadership of rural talents and actively explore new models of e-commerce development; second, it is necessary to focus on the construction of “three-level logistics”, enrich the functions of the industrial park in urban distribution, warehousing, packaging, cold chain and other aspects, and realize the sharing of resources in different links of the fresh agricultural product supply chain; finally, it is necessary to accelerate the promotion of e-commerce platforms and expand new channels for the sales of agricultural products. On this basis, combined with the government’s planning and existing problems, feasible suggestions are put forward to serve the “Goods Out of the Mountains” project and promote the “rural revitalization” strategy. Realize the “two upgrades” of domestic and foreign sales of agricultural products in Qiannan Prefecture, and “double victories” in poverty alleviation and economic and social development.
