BREVE RELATO DAS OPERAÇÕES ESPECIAIS EM SERGIPE: O RESGATE DE UMA HISTÓRIA

This article aims to make a brief account of the history of Special Operations in the state of Sergipe, in order to collaborate with the strengthening of the Military Police of Sergipe-PMSE and the Special Operations Battalion-BOPE, in their relations with society, rescuing the memory of the performance of the valiant military police forged in Special Operations, who dedicated their lives to fulfilling the mission of ensuring public safety, in addition to contributing to the record of the history of Special Operations in Brazil. For the investigation and cataloguing, the descriptive method was used, with the objective of narrating and recording the historical process of creation of the Special Operations Unit of the PMSE. First, the collection of data, documents and testimonies that formed the basis of the content was carried out, through interviews, collection of photographic images, recovery of graphic representations, digitization of printed news in newspapers and research in public records, ordinances, decrees, laws and bulletins of the Military Police. Secondly, the data collected was organized to structure the history of Special Operations in Sergipe.
