Establishing Authorship of Voluntary Appearance Text Composed with the Participation of Another Person

The article discusses the issue of the methodology for solving the expert task of establishing signs of drafting a text with the participation of another person in the scope of establishing authorship. Using a case study from expert practice there has been proposed a research algorithm, which includes successive steps of analytical research of the text, submitted for examination, comparative checking with sample texts, analysis and evaluation of the obtained results.
