¿Cómo y por qué juzgamos? : una mirada antropológica
We all judge because it is in our nature: from babies who judge whether food is pleasant or not, to the Supreme Court judges who judge crimes according to the laws prevailing in each society and in each historical moment. This text will first make a brief journey from the hunter-gatherer societies of the Palaeolithic to the present day. Next, I will also briefly show some of the laws in the pre-Hispanic era, then I will expose the initiators of legal anthropology and in what context it emerged, to finally present shortly the uses and customs in the indigenous Mexico.
