Fluorometric/19F MRI probes for imaging of amyloid-β fibrils

Abstract Aggregation-induced emission and MRI probes are powerful tools that can provide comprehensive and precise diagnostic information for diseases. To address this, we designed and synthesized 2 bimodal imaging probes combining aggregation-induced emission fluorescence imaging and 19F MRI for detecting β-amyloid fibrils.

Abstract

Abstract Aggregation-induced emission and MRI probes are powerful tools that can provide comprehensive and precise diagnostic information for diseases. To address this, we designed and synthesized 2 bimodal imaging probes combining aggregation-induced emission fluorescence imaging and 19F MRI for detecting β-amyloid fibrils.
